Payment is made directly using the Virtual POS of the Spanish Cajamar Bank web site through a secure server with 128 SSL certificate that encrypts all of your personal information and guarantees maximum data security. In order to enhance security when purchases are made through our online virtual shop and to protect the parties involved in the operation from potentially fraudulent behaviour, we only accept payments with secure credit cards which require authentication of your identity as account holder according to the method established by your bank (PIN, SMS, personal code,etc). Through the secure payment system via Virtual POS, your bank information/ data travel encrypted. Monde GAIA has no access to your data, only the bank entity. For your security, remember that from Monde GAIA we will never ask you for any bank data by phone call, SMS or e-mail. Monde GAIA maintains total confidentiality on our customers´ personal information.
The credit card fraud is considered a serious offence, a crime. Monde GAIA will take action against who carry out any kind of fraudulent transaction through our on-line shop.
